When you order from the market your money is held, not sent. This is exactly what happens to it, in the order it happens.
Your money is held, not sent
When you order, what you pay leaves your wallet and is held by the payment service in an account the platform controls. The seller does not have it yet. Neither do you.
The seller is paid when you say so
Confirm that you have what you paid for and the money goes to them straight away. That is the whole of it — there is nothing else to do.
If you say nothing, it goes to them after 7 days
A seller cannot be left waiting for ever because a buyer stopped replying. 7 days after you order, the money goes to the seller on its own — unless you have raised a problem, in which case it does not move until somebody has looked at it. And if the seller marks it delivered near the end of that week, you always keep at least 2 days from their claim to look at what arrived.
If something is wrong, say so before that
Raise a problem and the money stops where it is. A super admin reads what both of you say and decides: the seller is paid, or you are refunded. They must give their reason, and you are both told it. It is deliberately not an administrator of your own branch — nobody should rule on a trade in the place they run.
A refund is the whole amount
Including the platform charge. The platform takes nothing from a trade that did not happen.
The seller can refund you at any time
Without an argument and without waiting for an administrator, at any point while the money is held. It is the quickest good ending there is.
What this does not cover
The Manjong is not inspecting anything and is not a court. An administrator decides on what the two of you tell them, nothing more. Meet in person where you can, look at what you are buying, and use this for the times you cannot.
In one sentence
Order, and your money waits. Say it arrived and the seller is paid. Say something is wrong and it stops until a person decides. Say nothing at all for 7 days and the seller is paid anyway, because they cannot be left waiting on somebody who has stopped replying.
