Is it still working?
Boreholes, standpipes, culverts, classroom blocks. If you pass one and it is not working, say so — one tap, and the people who can fix it can see it.
Nothing has been added yet
An administrator adds what a village has built. Nothing was put here at the start, because a list of boreholes this app invented would send people to look for water that was never there.
Why some say nobody has checked
Because nobody has. That is a different thing from working, and this page keeps them apart — a borehole nobody has looked at in a year is a job somebody should do, and showing it as fine is how it stays undone. The date is always given with the answer, so “working” is a fact about the day somebody checked rather than a claim about today.
